After the pizza party, comes the pasta party. Terrible photo! Haha! Spaghetti with white sauce and red sauce (not seen on photo), toasted bread and cream cheese! Yehey!

Create your own pizza day with my cousin and his girlfriend.
My overloaded pizza has a base of spaghetti sauce, generous layers of pepperoni, bacon, mushrooms, ground beef and topped with cream cheese. Baked into perfection for 8 minutes.

Got so tired. Went to SM Marikina to get something and stayed there until it closes because I need to wait for Pami. I had so much fun hanging out with Pami and I like eating with her because she can eat as much as I can. Hehe!

My top YakiMix fave is their Beef Roll with Golden Mushrooms (photo below) and of course, I don’t miss out desserts. Especially Mango Sago and Gummy Bears!

My bezZy Katkat gave birth to a bouncing baby girl today. Well, she’s in Canada so that makes it January 9, 2011. The whole time she was in labor, I was being posted by her husband through BBM. Kudos to Blackberry for this wonderful service! I receive hourly updates and then, finally, got a BBM pic file that their little angel was born.

My sister brought home the goodies she wasn’t able to use for her arts & crafts class with her students. So using mamon, Chokochoko and Nips, I made a decorated dessert. Well, it doesn’t look like a work of a 24y/o, but hey, I put a lot of effort into it! Haha!

Nothing much happened today but I definitely ate something interesting.
My uncle gave me these Chocolate Dates from Kingdom Dates UAE. I’M NOT A FAN OF DATES, or prunes or raisins, or anything that belongs to their food family. Haha! But since these dates have whole almonds inside and covered with chocolate, it kinda worked for me. These dates are not bad at all.

As I was walking to the grocery this afternoon, I looked at the sky and saw how clear and bright it was…I took a photo of it and felt like there is some kind of message for me. I really hope that this year will let me experience clear skies everyday, no problems, no worries… but if I will someday experience a storm, I know God will always show me the rainbow after it.

I was sleeping the whole day because of my rhinitis and got a BBM from Cams that the gang should all meet before our good friends Choi and Fay go back to SG. So we decided to meet in our usual meeting place, Starbucks Bluewave, went to Ortigas Home Depot for some drinks at Cafe 80s and then midnight snack at Ababu Xavierville.
